Service

  • All service requires bikes to be dropped off and left. No repairs will be completed while customers wait.

  • Bikes can be dropped off for service any time we are open.

  • Turn-around time varies seasonally

  • All service must be picked up within 30 days of completion notice. On the 31st day and for each following 30 day period a $50 storage fee will be applied. Any property left for more than 120 days will be considered abandoned and BECOMES THE PROPERTY of Hampshire Bicycle Exchange to dispose of at their discretion.

Service Policies:

Hampshire Bicycle Exchange is not responsible for loss or damage to any property, including articles left in/on bicycle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond your control.

Customer must agree that any and all property left in the possession of Hampshire Bicycle Exchange for more than 120 days will be considered abandoned and BECOMES THE PROPERTY of Hampshire Bicycle Exchange to dispose of at their discretion.

Customer must hereby grant Hampshire Bicycle Exchange and it's employees permission to operate the bicycle herein described on the streets or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above bicycle to secure the amount of the repair thereto.
