The 2025 Group Ride season has begun!
Group Ride Season is starting 2025
Here is how we run it:
-We'll post the ride 1 or 2 days days in advance on our IG and FB stories. We're working on getting them on the website.
-We will post a ride description and recommended bike choice. Most of our rides include some off-road sections, so read the description and plan accordingly.
-We do no-drop, fun-oriented rides so we make sure everyone makes it through all the turns and home.
-Good lights are always mandatory.
-Once everyone is back we'll hang out at the bike shop and eat snacks/food.
We have some big things in mind this year, so look out for some new rides! We'd like to do some mtb rides where we meet at the trailhead. We also want to have some longer rides. Can't wait to ride with you, see you soon.
Next Ride: Wednesday April 23rd
Leaving the shop at 6PM
Terrain is bumpy single track and pavement, so make sure to bring a bike that works for these conditions. Also, make sure to bring a CHARGED front and rear light and water bottle!

HOW WE RUN IT:
Our rides are no-drop rides, and we do our best to tailor them to all participants. Our rides are dirt road, pavement and mixed-terrain/adventure, and sometimes pure mtb rides. Sometimes we split into two groups: One ride is a bit little longer, and on steeper and rougher terrain. The other ride is a bit shorter and more mellow. Rides are usually in the 15-30 mile distance and between 1.5-3 hours. We make sure before each ride that everyone knows exactly what they are in for and make it on the right ride for their skill level and comfort range.
WHAT TO BRING
Bike: Always check the ride description before choosing your bike. We specify gravel or mountain bike, and we try and describe the terrain. Mixed terrain can make it hard to recommend a bike as rider skill, fitness and preference are a big factor. Some like to ‘underbike’ and use every bit of their skill, some like to have the perfect bike for the ride. If you have any questions call or stop in.
Lights! Always! It is not uncommon that the end of the ride the in the dark so bring a charged up bike light (let us know in advance if you don’t have one, we can loan you one). You will want a headlight that is bright enough to see where you are going on trails at riding speed, and a taillight for safety.
Water, Snacks, Clothes for changing weather, bug spray and whatever else you think you might need to stay comfortable in the hills.
All our rides are self-supported so bring all the supplies you need to keep yourself riding if you have a mechanical or a flat.
Please note: This year we don’t have any demo bikes to offer so bring your bike or get in touch with us to see if we can supply a bike for you.
POST RIDE:
We usually gather back at the shop at between 8-9pm and fire up the grill. We provide an assortment of standard grill fare. Feel free to bring something to share or the grill if you want. BYOB and one to share.
